I live locally with my partner and have obtained approval from my Landlord to sublet my apartment short-term. I will manage the property with the landlords support. I am hoping to find tenants who are working professionals, traveling nurses, doctors doing residency at St. Lukes or LVHN, visiting professors/graduate students attending Lehigh or Moravian. This is a 2nd-floor walk-up apartment that is fully furnished with street parking and walkable to Main Street. There is a washer/dryer in the basement, basement is accessible via storm doors in the backyard- you cannot access the basement from inside the apartment.
