The room comes unfurnished (pictures with bed are to show sizing) with hardwood floors, closet, and built-in storage above the closet. Shares a bathroom with one other person. The house has a great backyard as well as a garage for additional storage.

Current Occupants:

- Three responsible and clean males in their early 30s
- We all have steady jobs, get along well and work regular daytime hours during the week.
- We get along well, and we keep up active lifestyles. We also enjoy the occasional night out for dinner/drinks, a patio happy hour, BBQs in the backyard, or a night in with friends. Were all easy-going and like to have a good time, but were not a party house. Were all responsible and respectful of everyone else in the house and are looking .

- easy going professional with similar working hours
- No pets
- Someone clean & respectful (respects others space, sleeping schedules, etc.) who can come in and maintain the easy-going and friendly vibe of the house.
