Hey there! Im moving and looking for someone to take over my lease at McBee Station Apartments starting September 10, 2025! This place is right in the heart of downtown, steps from Falls Park, Swamp Rabbit Trail, and restaurants.

Its a cozy 634 sq ft spot on the second floor, perfect for you and your furry friends, with no breed restrictions! The lease runs until March 13, 2026, and you can renew. Total monthly cost is $1,498, covering rent, water, trash, parking, pest control, and a couple small fees. Well need a $695 deposit, and management will refund it when the lease ends.

Theres a resort-style pool, 24-hour fitness center, private parking garage, and a Publix right downstairs. The takeover should be easy, management already gave the green light. Theres a $75 application fee per applicant, but Ill refund it once the lease is yours.
