hi there! my partner (drew) and i are looking for someone to occupy one of the bedrooms in a townhouse in fishtown/port richmond. the layout has a private full bath (shower) with the biggest bedroom (and a laundry area) on the second floor, with my partner and i on the very top third floor (that goes straight into our bedroom with a bath and loft area that could be available for all)!
this home has a gorgeous outdoor space and living room and is right next to 95. there is free parking directly behind the property at all times -- so parking is NEVER an issue!
we are ideally looking for someone in their 20s that is clean, organized, and caring! gender/sexuality is open, as we are open minded & smoke friendly!
the layout:
- first floor has a kitchen as soon as you enter on your left, with the stairs. going straight, you enter into the living room that has gorgeous double doors for the backyard with a patio and grass/tree area (pictures 1-7)
- second floor has a full bathroom (shower) to your right with a laundry area and the biggest bedroom to your left! this bedroom has gorgeous morning sunlight through the big windows (pictures 8- 11)
- third floor enters immediately to the second bedroom (my partner and is). after going through it, you have a full bathroom (tub) and a little hobby / workstation space with a loft up top!! we envision being close enough with our roommate where they could use these areas too!! (pictures 9-17)
my partner and i both love nature, sewing, and biking. we enjoy gardening and plan to turn our backyard into a beautiful little area!! we both work overnight, so we would likely be on an opposite schedule of our roommate!
we do have one cat, and are currently fostering two kittens. so no new pets is preferred! we are extemely flexible, and truly love this house, and want to share this space comfortably and happily with someone! there is always sunlight and happy vibes, and this home is definitely full of character. it has built in cabinet/closet storage (you cant really see it in the pictures) in the kitchen, living room, and bedrooms!! a cabinet maker used to live in this home, so it has adorable oddities in it.
rent would be $1k/month (includes rent, water, and renters insurance that the realty company requires) with wifi being roughly $20 and whatever electric and gas (gas stove) turns out to be!
