Due to unexpected circumstances, I am not going to be living in my apartment for the remaining 6 months of my lease (ending 03/16/2026). I am looking to add someone to my lease who can use one or both of the bedrooms. Open to discussion. The current market rent for this unit is $2,365 for a 12 month lease and $2,542 for a 6 month lease. Due to the algorithmic pricing, we are likely to get a good deal when it comes time to resign as well because it will be during an off month.
