I have a 2 bed 2 bath single story place, looking to rent out the spare room and bath short or longer term. Cooking is fine as long as you clean up afterwards. I am a prof lady middle aged, i swim, work out and play piano and love painting and art and music. I had a medical student here who is moving on to her next hospital rotation so I am looking to fill the room short term or longer term. Thank you Debbie
