Moving into a bigger space unexpectedly, need someone to takeover my lease relatively soon. I just signed for renewal, which doesnt end until mid-August 2026. Will be nearby in area throughout term. Looking for someone to takeover the rest of my lease. Rent is set at $1365 (includes water, not electric). Electricity can be setup in your name, and rent will be paid directly to landlord. The only utility to pay to me would be internet ($40/mo).
