Im subleasing my own bedroom in a 2-bedroom apartment (not a big apartment building) thats right on State Street -- steps away from grocery stores, restaurants, and an easy 8-minute walk to campus (the diag).

Rent is $950/month (but very flexible) plus ~$40 utilities. The apartment is fully furnished, with a spacious living room, kitchen appliances, heating, AC unit, and laundry in the basement. Water is included in rent.

This is a really affordable option in one of the best locations downtown, and Im happy to negotiate and answer any questions.
