Full kitchen, on-site parking for 2 cars, in building free laundry, and massive backyard. Dog and cat Friendly. Lots of storage, 3 additional rooms ontop of the 4 rooms, living room, and kitchen.

Roommates are fine, one is a law student and the other is coder. Both work and are on the 9-5 routine.

Located in Winter Hill, its a 10 minute walk from Magoun Square and a 15 minute walk to Gillman Station. Take the 89 to davis to hop on the redline or the 101 and 89 down to Sullivan.

Property is owned by RoundRoom Management, Im just looking for someone to sublet my apartment too.
