Looking to sublease our Nexton Apartment! We are hoping to move out Nov 1st and the lease is until May 18th, so about 7.5 months left on lease term. Its on the first floor and we are going to have it deep cleaned and brand new carpet put in! The application fee is $85 per person and you would have to pass the background check.
