Im moving home to Pennsylvania and am looking to transfer my lease (now through May of 2026) to an interested party. Any replacement tenant should be able to renew the lease with The Chelsea apartment complex after May 2026. All-in pricing that includes all amenities except for electric adds up to $1,500 / month (this includes parking!). The only reason Im leaving is because of offer that returns me to my home state!
