I am looking for someone to sublease my apartment starting in late October to early November. It will be unfurnished, comes with washer/dryer in unit, pet friendly, dog park on site, package pick up area, two pools, gym, it is gated. The lease ends August 8, 2026 with option to renew it upon your discretion. Utilities such as water, sewage, trash, and pest are added to the base rent each month and power is through Alabama Power. You have the option for internet/cable at your own discretion.
