Hello, I will be working outside of Berlin from Nov. 2025 to April 26 and would like to sublet my apartment for this period. It is basically designed for or a couple and is fully furnished (from all kitchen utensils to the robot vacuum cleaner). It has limited suitability as a shared apartment since the living room door is not installed. The mattress is new this year and of course everything may be used. There is a large balcony (where smoking is allowed). Landlord registration certificate (Wohnungsgeberschein) and official registration (Anmeldung) are also possible. The price (750) includes rent, electricity, DSL, insurance, use of all furnishings, and water. The energy requirements or heating costs are additional and can amount to around 100-250/month depending on heating needs. To be fair and transparent: The meter reading can be checked in the apartment and will be offset against the deposit. The heating requirement depending on usage and weather is 3000-6000 kWh for the heating period (whole year) at ~0.14/kWh. Please write something about yourself. Subtenants who can cover the entire rental period are preferred.
