Luxury living walking distance to the Texas State Campus. I am looking to sublet my room at the amazing Aspire Student Apartment. I share a 1,487 4-bedroom furnished unit on the 5th floor with amazing views of the campus. I have my own private bedroom w/ a very large private bathroom. The dining and living areas are fully furnished and the bedrooms include a large full-sized bed and desk w/ chair. Private parking in the garage is available and it is super convenient to have a Target on the ground floor of the complex. The Aspire is just steps from the front entrance to the TXST campus. They have a fantastic pool and other amazing amenities. My lease runs through July 2026 so I am looking for someone to sublease. My rent runs about $1,200 per month (well worth it for the proximity to the campus) with another $20 or so for utilities. There is amazing natural light in the bedrooms and the private bathrooms are very large. The unit includes a washer and dryer. I will consider paying for the first months rent; you will be required to apply directly with the Leasing Office.
