Im looking to sublease my apartment in East Lansing, MI - as soon as possible. Im currently getting ready to move to the other side of the state. The lease goes through July 31, 2025 however the property manager would let you renew if you want to stay longer.

- 730 sq ft
- Spacious balcony, modern features, full tub shower, dishwasher
- Furniture is included: They provide you with a dresser, coffee table, TV stand, side table, and they also do offer a bedframe and mattress
- Located on the top floor, barely any noise
- Washer and dryer in unit
- Private room for delivery packages
- Key fob entry only so it is a very secure building, very safe area
- Rent and fees come to $1339/month, consumers is usually around $60

Location:
- The neighborhood is very safe
- There are bus stops all over, a caf and store downstairs, about a 5 minute drive to Meijer and 7 minutes straight to campus
- Lots of parks and walking trails along with a golf course nearby
- Jimmys Pub is in the parking lot and their food is amazing
- Very quiet area

Sublease terms:
- $1339 per month before consumers
- Pet friendly and they have no issues with smoking as long as it doesnt stink up the whole place
- We would sign the consumers over to your name and probably have to sign some paperwork in the office
- Not picky on tenants, they probably will require a background check
