I have a deep love for beautiful things, traveling, nature, food, and cooking. I also love this neighborhood it offers wonderful access to parks and nature. If you enjoy walking or jogging, youll be surprised at how many beautiful spots you can explore here. Plus, its easy to get to Midtown, upper west from this location.

The full rent for the sublet period must be paid upfront before move-in.

An additional security deposit equal to 50% of the rent is also required.

The security deposit will be returned in full at the end of the sublet, provided there is no damage to the apartment and all terms of the sublease are met.

A signed sublease agreement and valid photo ID are required.
