The lease goes until 5/6/26 and at that time you could have the option to renew if you want. It is a great corner unit on a high floor, and faces the non-pool courtyard. Amenities included in rent are pool and gym access. There is also a parking space for an additional $125/month if that is of interest. Utilities are not included. It is an amazing area, very walkable, and tons of great restaurants/coffee shops/bards nearby.
