A nice, modern complex with all of the amenities and bright, natural light. Great location with many restaurants, bars, grocery stores, businesses all in walking distance. Awesome maintence team as well. With this being a full lease takeover there is no negotiating price. New tenant will pay me the security deposit since after lease is up they will get that return.
