The neighborhood has everything at a walking distance. Public transport stop is in front of the building on Queen St. 236 sqft junior apartment unit at 4th floor of a building. Everything is provided in the apartment for up to two people. Building has a big garden where you can sit, smoke or have a walk. There is a laundry on the first floor which has direct access to the garden.

Although it is not far from core downtown area, the neighborhood is very safe with many family homes and shops. There are rarely homeless people west of the Bathurst street and none around the perimeter of the building.

There may be some partying at the alley that the apartment unit faces, but it is only at some weekend nights in Summer and they usually disappear at midnight.
