This is an outstanding apartment that I am sad to leave. I got another job in NY and have to move immediately. I was paying $2K/month, but will take care of $500/month as I want someone to move in ASAP.

The other two roommates are both in their mid-twenties, very clean, and have full-time jobs in real estate and software engineering.

Both roommates like working out, going out on the weekends, and watching sports.
