Our place is in desirable Silver Lake, nestled above street level with a terraced yard. It is completely furnished, and if you rent this house, you will be the only tenants on the single home property.

The master bedroom has a new king-size Beautyrest mattress, 2 closets, a dresser, plus an alcove that comfortably fits a desk and a Peloton.

The garden bedroom has a queen bed, a desk, a storage chest, as well as sliding glass doors that lead you to the garden.

There is 1 full bathroom with plenty of storage, a large kitchen for prep, a spacious living room, as well as a kitchen bar with 2 bar stools (if you want to add a small dining table theres room). Bonus - an upright piano, if you are inclined!

There is an ample and private front yard lined with trees and a solid fence, and the back yard boasts of plants, flowers, and fruit-bearing trees. On the upper deck relax in the hammock, or in the lower yard, you can enjoy the BBQ grill.

There is a driveway that comfortably fits 2 cars (and if youre feeling ambitious, you might fit a small 3rd). There are steps to the front gate, or you can access the front of the house by walking up the driveway to a side gate. The house itself is one story.

This is a 30-day minimum rental. No smoking is allowed inside at all, and we can absolutely discuss your well-behaved pet staying there.
