I am in need of subleasing my room from November 1st-February 1st. Perfect for students who attend UTS or University of Sydney. There is a roommate named Abhinav. He is from India and an engineering student at University of Sydney. He is respectful of space and is very friendly. Very close to UTS and University of Sydney. You would be sharing a bedroom and bathroom with another student. There are four separate two bedroom units, and a total of eight roommates. There is a kitchen, couch, tv, desk in the room, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and plenty of storage space. It is a 13 minute walk to Central Station and an easy walk to the bus station. Also a 5 minute walk to Broadway mall. Very nice outdoor area with a BBQ, laundry facilities, and gym. I am willing to sublease at a discounted price.
