I thought Id stay at Maryanns rental apt for a couple weeks - I stayed for 6 mos!
The apartment itself is well appointed. Quiet neighborhood, parking on street right in front, two large bedrooms, lots of closet space, big bath, a living room that was ample for my office remote work, and to step away to stretch or watch tv. If you like to cook, theres plenty of utensils and a very cozy kitchen.
Was warm indoors during Sept-Feb, windows were well sealed, and floors carpeted. Wifi was adequate for my remote work as well.
Walking distance to groceries and train. Just a very comfortable rental for 1-2 renters who like peace and quiet.
I fondly recall Maryanne as the quietest landlord Ive had, and most wecoming with a smile, a yummy snack, or a chat at her deck.

This place is excellent for a business person. I live here presently but my work comes to an end this month and I have to move back to New York. Ill admit to being slightly ambivalent about posting this review because I would love it if it were still available in March when I return but I know it wont be.

If youre bouncing around hotels like I was, this place is ideal. A kitchen with all utensils, beds with linens, bathroom with towels. 10 minute walk to the train, close to town, easy to park. This place is a steal. Escape the instability of hotel life on the road year after year. Keep your stuff in one place. This was my home away from home and I felt very well taken care of by Mary Ann. You will too.
