Subletting my room at GrandMarc Seven Corners for the second semester!
Hey everyone!
Im looking for someone to take over my lease for the second semester (starting in January) at GrandMarc Seven Corners, just a few minutes from campus.
About the room:
Private bedroom with your own bathroom
In a 4-person apartment (youd share with three other roommates one of them is Malaury, another international student)
Fully furnished and very comfortable
Rent: $809/month
I can also leave some of the things I bought for the room (sheets, shower curtain, cushions, towels, etc.) if youd like makes moving in much easier!
