Rent Details:
Base rent: $1,705/month
Total with services: $1,841.25/month (includes internet, pest control, valet trash, and renters insurance)
Electricity is paid separately by the renter
Youll only pay $1,500/month, and Ill cover the difference for the rest of the lease!
Alternatively, I can cover the full cost of your second month ($1,841.25) instead.

Application Info:
Application fee: $75 per person (Ill cover this if you choose the $1,500/month rent upon approval)
Combined monthly income requirement: At least 2.5 the base rent = $4,262.50/month
