I have a spot in Cambridge near the Lechmere stop and need somebody to sublet for me as I will be moving in with my GF. Rent + utilities are just under $1500 a month (depending on heating). I have two male roommates, both pretty chill Harvard grad students. The place is an older house but has a little backyard, plenty of space, and the location is walking distance from a grocery store, a few parks, some restaurants, and of course the T station. I am looking for someone to move in between now and the end of December and to stay until the lease expires at the end of August next year. Dates are semi-flexible!
