ROOM FOR SUBLEASE in Manhattan, 3+ months - Urgent!
Im looking for a clean, friendly, and responsible subletter (preferably female working professional) to take my large bedroom for 3+ months while I go on an extended trip, with move-in availability starting from 10/16. Contract length and actual starting date is flexible!
The bedroom for sublet is ~180 sq. ft and includes furnishings, work monitor, free closet/storage space, and heating/AC unit.
The apartment is located in Stuytown, a beautiful park-centered community between East Village and Gramercy. Its close to the L train, as well as a 15-min walk from Union Square (4/5/6 and N/Q/W/R trains).
You would be sharing the space with 2 other working professionals (female and male) who are my current roommates.
Cost is $1950/month, with all utilities + wifi included!
