$1000/month for a single room+ electricity and wifi (split seven ways, wifi is $10/month)
Room with queen-sized bed, desk, dresser, lighting, closet, and shelves
Lease Term
- Available starting January 2026. Can move in as early as December 16th.
- Lease runs through August 2026 (youre welcome to stay through the full term, or just the winter until May!)
The apartment is a bi-level, high-in-demand unit thats been renovated recently. Laundry is easy to use and it is on Monroe Street across from South Quad + the Union.
