Hello! I am looking for a female student to sublease my apartment at 8N lofts from January 1st, 2026 to July 20, 2026 (with options to renew for the 26-27 school year!). It is a furnished, 4 bedroom 2 bath unit, but the other room on my side isnt rentable, so youll have your own bathroom and extra privacy! The bedroom comes with a full XL bed, a desk, and a closet. The shared spaces include an in-unit washer and dryer, a full kitchen, and a living room.

There is a free shuttle to campus (which is only a 20 minute walk!), and the building has a gym, study spaces, courtyard, rooftop hot tub, etc.

Rent is $599/month + $30 in utility fees. Parking is available for an additional fee, if needed. There is also a $30 application fee and a $150 non-refundable administration fee. Please reach out if you have any questions or are interested!
