It is a 1-bed apartment with tons of natural light, living room and kitchen separated, on the 3rd floor of a walk up building, and laundry in basement. The rent is $2,325 monthly and youll need a month of rent + one month deposit to move in. Move in date is flexible from November 15-30. Rent includes water, heater, and gas.
