4 bedroom 4 bath apartment, only looking for someone to take one room starting in January and ending in July. If they wish to, they can re up the lease. The apartment comes fully furnished, with a full kitchen and washer and dryer. There are a lot of amenities provided by the complex itself. There are currently 3 other tenats here, theyre all nice and dont host parties or anything. One of them does have a dog, be hes very kind and not rowdy. The apartment does require a $250 sublet fee and a $75 utilities fee, both paid upfront and only once. The rent is $579/month, but I could be willing to negotiate, this is just what I currently pay. I plan on moving out mid December
