Hi everyone! My partner and I are relocating to Florida for a new job opportunity and are looking for someone to take over our lease by mid or end of November. The apartment is in the Golden Triangle area off Bannock Street, in a modern community with great amenities and within walking distance to Denver Beer Garden, Schoolyard, and Leven Deli. Its a 1 bed, 1 bath plus a den/office with natural light, just over 820 sq. ft, and has two closets and lots of storage space. The bathroom has a tub and double vanity, and the building itself is really well-kept and quiet.



Were currently paying $2,205/month, but the same layout is now going for around $2,700/month. The lease runs through May 31, 2025 (started March 31, 2024). Were happy to offer a $500 housewarming gift to whoever takes over the lease!
