Hello! Im looking for someone to take over the place for at least 1 month while i go visit some family - at least 1 month, up to 3+ if things work out! I love my little apartment; its 5mins from the beach and downtown, west facing windows so lots of sun and great view of the sunset every day, quiet neighbors. Its an upstairs unit of a 2 level building and parking is covered for 1 car. Okay with a dog if well behaved and sure to not be destructive or noisy; no cats, sorry. I can provide a kennel if needed! Fully furnished, with a large couch and king sized tempurpedic mattress that are hella comfy :)
