- At the intersection of 2 Red and 2 Green Line MBTA stations/squares (Davis and Porter, Ball and Magoun). 10-15 minute walk to each.
- Bedroom and backyard faces southward directly onto the Somerville Community Bike Path, with off street connections to Alewife, the Charles River, and Minuteman Bike Path, etc. Theres basically no car noise because you have ~250 of trees and houses between the window and the closest street. Lots of sunlight.
