Looking for a friendly person to takeover my apartment! This is a bright and efficient 1-bedroom space with lovely hardwood floors and a great layout. The living room is cozy, featuring a large sectional couch and a big TV,perfect for chilling after work. The bedroom is spacious with two sunny windows, enough room for a queen-size bed and a desk/vanity, plus it has built-in closet storage. The separate kitchen is super functional with a full-size fridge, gas stove, and white cabinets (check out the fun checkerboard backsplash!). The bathroom is clean, all-white, and has a full tub/shower, plus Ive added some shelving for extra storage. Im looking for a chill, responsible, and tidy person to share this great spot with.
