The main living area is huge with great light, cool exposed brick walls, and awesome herringbone hardwood floors. Weve got a comfy couch setup, a big TV, and a dining area, making it easy to hang out or host.

The kitchen is brand new with a fresh design: modern grey cabinets, new flooring, and good appliances. The bathroom is totally updated with marble-look tile, a great grey vanity, and a glass-enclosed shower, no cheap stuff here.

The available bedroom is private and seriously cool. It has dark wood flooring, a ceiling fan, a built-in bookshelf/fireplace nook, and even leads out to a private balcony/terrace (major bonus!). It also has a big closet with louvered doors.
