The apartment is located between the Ballston-MU and Virginia Square Metro stops, about a 5 minute walk to either.
Rent:
$1,463 per month, with all utilities included except for internet.
Rent is portioned based on room size and this is for the 10x13 bedroom shown in the floorplan

Roommate is a 26-year-old who is originally from Florida but moved here after college and has been living here for the past 3.5 years. He currently works in accounting in DC and enjoys playing tennis, watching any sport, cooking, photography, going to concerts, and exercising. He also is sociable and enjoys hosting large gatherings of friends once a quarter.
