Hi! My name is Karina and Im looking for a subletter for the Spring 2026 semester. My room is very spacious and its very close to umass boston campus. I can leave furniture in the room if you would like (desk, dresser, bed, shelving) but if not I can move those out while you are living in that room.

- in Dorchester, in between Savin Hill and JFK/UMass redline stop
- 5-10 minute walk to JFK/UMass with access to campus shuttle
- street parking available, kinda
- 850/room + utilities, wifi + a one time subletting fee of 300 (needed during your move in process/during the first month)
- we would prefer someone in their 20s
- move in would be Jan. 22, 2026- move in and move out day flexible in the month of January and May. depending on what days you choose you could be paying for 4 or 5 months of rent. if you need to move in earlier within reason, let me know, we can totally figure something out!
- the sublet ends on May 22, 2026!
