This room comes with a dual shared full bathroom. You will be sharing the bathroom with myself. The apartment is on the first floor ground level.

Preferably looking for a male in his 20s or early 30s to sublet from December 1st-August 30th with the option of renewing. You will be joining myself and my other 3 roommates all of us are 26 or 27 years old. No pets allowed.

We were the first tenants to move into this brand new apartment in February of 2023. Huge fully furnished common area with central AC, in unit laundry, our own back porch, large fridge, oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, air frier and Keurig.

We are about a 20 minute walk to two redline stops, Andrew Station and Broadway Station. We are also a very short walk to most bus routes.
