Im looking for someone to sublet my room from jan-july 2026, until the lease renews and youd have the option to sign.

The room is about 120 square feet, plenty of room for a full/queen size bed, desk/chair, and bookshelf. I have two roommates, 29F and 31M, and one of them has a very sleepy and polite small dog, so any subletter would need to be okay with pets. Creative, sociable, and open minded-friendly is also a plus!

The rent is $1340 plus utilities, which usually come out to around $60-80/month. The building is small, with friendly neighbors and laundry in the basement. The apartment is within walking distance of the A/C and the 2/4/5, and is close to the shops and bars and restaurants on franklin ave. About a 25 minute walk to prospect park!
