Hello, I am renting out my roughly 1,200 sf apartment in Plymouth. Includes balcony and utilities. I can leave the router for Wifi if you want your own, but this price per month includes what I pay for the Wifi I have now, which I can leave if preferred. I will leave for you - couch, tv stand, tv, coffee table, bed, desk, kitchen table, microwave, toaster, I can leave some plates and silverware and cups if needed and I am flexible on that stuff, the recliner I can leave behind if desired, etc...pretty much fully furnished or at least livable with the basics of what you need. If theres anything youre curious if I can leave behind, just ask. The pictures show it lived in, but Ill be taking my personal stuff (nick nacks, wall art, etc) and just leaving what youd need for basic living.
