Im looking for someone to take over my lease at Signature 1505 from January through July 23,2026. Its a spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom place that comes fully furnished with all the amenities youd need. Two of the rooms currently have tenants in it. Youd be paying $1,215 a month, and that includes parking too! The location is great - its on NC State campus and 10 minutes to downtown Raleigh.
