Its just a 5-minute walk from the sea and the beach, with all amenities nearby: supermarkets, restaurants, post office, doctors, and hospital.
Close to the Long Beach LIRR train station, which takes you to Grand Central or Penn Station in Manhattan in under an hour.
The house can be rented as a single floor for $2000 (with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, dining room, and living room) or as the entire house as described above for $3000 (an attractive price for winter months)
