I am the current Tenant of this unit but, due personal and ministry related reasons I have had to move out of state so I am trying to sublease this unit. The person who wants to rent this apartment would actually be working with Haverkamp Properties who I would put you into contact with.

Cost is $855 plus utilities.

There are lots of amenities including lounge areas, computer study areas, a fitness center, pool and grill station. Very close to Iowa State Campus.
