The rent is $1,050 per month and utilities are approximately $65 per month. The house is a 5x5, fully furnished, including the bedroom (however I can take the bedroom furniture out if that is preferred). There are 4 other guys living in the house currently and we are all juniors at NC State University. We all get along really well and my reason for leaving is a spring internship. The start dates are flexible any time after Dec 9 and the end dates are also flexible towards the end of the summer. There is plenty of parking available in the driveway and also on the street in front of the house. It is a 20 min walk to centennial or main campus, but there is also a bus stop at the corner of Burt Dr. and Crest Rd. that leads to either Main or Centennial campus.
