Looking for a subtenant for the winter term for our spacious master bedroom with a walk-in closet. The other bedroom will be occupied by a roommate. The 1250sqft apartment is in the Rosedale neighborhood located 5 minutes from both Bloor-Yonge and Sherbourne stations.

The apartment will come fully furnished. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, large desk, side tables, and a walk-in closet. The living room/dining room will also keep all existing furnature shown in the photos.

Utilities and high-speed internet already set up and included in the rent.

Card-operated laundry facilities on-site.

Parking not included but should be available from the building management for around $150-200 per month - let me know if you require parking and I can see if its available.
