Hi everyone! Im looking for a sublet to fill my bedroom in a 2 bed 2 bath. Ideally feb 1, but Im flexible for mid-end of January too. I have one male roommate who owns the place in his mid 20s, is a great friend, and Ive known him for 3+ years. He is very clean, friendly, and respectful!

Price: $1800/month with fixed utility cost of $100/month = $1900 for both rent and utilities. Security deposit is rent, will probably need first and last. No broker fee.

Amenities: place was built in 2021. Youll have your own bathroom with two sinks, a closet, in unit washer and dryer, central AC, rooftop hangout area, plenty of parking free on the street. A paid for spot can be available at request. The living room is already furnished. The kitchen appliances are all new and clean.

Location: Roxbury, but close to south end side. Bus stop at end of street or Nubian/Dudley station is a 10 min walk. Youre 10-15 minutes from downtown by car.

Some limits:

- No couples or families (space is truly not advisable for more than )
