Quiet, bright private room available in a clean, respectful, landlord-occupied home in Del Cerro. The landlord and his partner share the master bedroom. The bathroom is technically shared, but no other tenant is currently using it, so you will have private use for now. Please note: the bathroom photos may show some items belonging to the landlord and his partner, as they are temporarily using this bathroom during a renovation of their own. The bathroom will be cleared before move-in.

The room can be rented furnished or unfurnished. A bed, desk, chair, and dresser are available. In photos, you may see teaching suppliesI am a teacher and will remove all personal items prior to move-in. The room is bright, airy, and offers ample closet and storage space.
