Looking for someone to take over my lease for a cozy, comfortable studio in the Gold Coast! The only reason Im reletting is because of a new housing arrangement with family, otherwise Id absolutely stay. - Photos show furniture, but all furniture will be removed when I leave (Youre welcome to keep the curtains if you want!)

All utilities included except electricity, which has only been $30/month for me. No internet bill!
