Im looking for someone to sublet my top floor 1 br 1 bath apartment at the Artessa. Other top floor units similar to this one are hundreds more a month right now. Lease goes until 8/28/26. Rent is $1512 plus trash, utilities, water, internet, etc. Its an amazing location, walking distance to restaurants and shops in the McEwen area. The apartment complex is quiet and has very nice amenities. Its been a great home but I am relocating for work. I am open to selling my furniture if someone wants it furnished.
